In the past few years of my creative journey, my work reflects my life. In each life stage, I contemplated the relationship between the other and me, reflecting the relationship between environment and me, reflecting the relationship between other and environment. In each stage, creating is like driftwood, creating breathing space, and it allowed me to clarify the understanding of life.
Defensive Mechanism

Inspired by Pai Hsien-yung's short story A Winter's Tale — a character who, after profound loss, conceals their true nature beneath an elaborate, decadent exterior. The collection translates this psychological state into garment: knitwear and metallic materials held in tension, simultaneously firm and soft, protective and exposed.
The surface performs strength. Underneath, something more delicate remains.
